Jason Jameson scores podium finish with HTF Series at Lake Cumberland Speedway
Daulton Wilson was in action early in the week as he joined the DIRTcar Summer Nationals Hell Tour on Tuesday night at Springfield (Mo.) Raceway.
With over 40 Late Models in the pit area, Wilson stormed from seventh to the victory in his heat race before falling back in the 30-lap main event to finish 14th.
After not starting the A-Main at Macon (Ill.) Speedway on Thursday, Daulton finished out his weekend with the Hell Tour on Friday evening where he scored a Top-10 at Farmer City (Ill.) Raceway.
Starting his weekend on Friday night, Jason Jameson unloaded his JRR Motorsports No. 12 machine at Lake Cumberland Speedway (Burnside, Ky.) to kick off a doubleheader with the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series.
Jason picked up a heat race win and led a few laps of the 50-lap main events but came up just short as Cory Hedgecock beat him to the $15,000-to-win payday.
Joined by his teammate Daulton Wilson on Saturday evening at Florence Speedway (Walton, Ky.), both drivers made the $20,000-to-win show with Wilson finishing 16th and Jameson landing a Top-5 finish in fifth.
