Pair of Top-10 showings at Illinois Valley Showdown at La Salle Speedway
Taking part of the Modified portion of the week, Daniel Adam was one of 23 MARS entries at LaSalle (Ill.) Speedway on Friday afternoon for the Illinois Valley Showdown.
Qualifying sixth-quickest in his group, Adam finished third in his heat race and made up two positions in the 20-lap opener to finish seventh. Daniel topped his time trial group on Saturday and picked up a heat race win which put him on the pole for the A-Main. Daniel faded to finish sixth in the $1,200-to-win finale.
