Stuckey collects pair of Top-10 outings with Comp Cams at Batesville Motor Speedway
Clay Stuckey began his week out in the Midwest for a three-day stretch with FloRacing Night in America, starting off on Tuesday night at LaSalle (Ill.) Speedway.
Barely missing the $20,000-to-win show, Stuckey turned his attention to Wednesday's show at Spoon River Speedway (Canton, Ill.) where he was able to race his way into the A-Main but unforunately recorded a DNF. On Thursday night, Clay recorded a 21st-place outing at Lincoln (Ill.) Speedway.
Making the long haul to Batesville Motor Speedway (Locust Grove, Ark.) on Friday afternoon, Clay Stuckey joined a 43-car field for the two-day Bad Boy 98 with the Comp Cams Super Dirt Series.
Stuckey started 19th in the $5,000-to-win opener and stormed forward into the the Top-10 and recorded a sixth-place finish. In Saturday's finale, Clay once again found himself in the Top-10 as he landed an eighth-place in the 68-lapper.
Stuckey is currently eighth in the CCSDS point standings.
