Dooley earns eighth-place run with Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series at Senoia

With the regional tour headed to his home track over Fourth of July weekend, Matt Dooley was one of 30 Hunt the Front Super Late Models at Senoia (Ga.) Raceway on Saturday evening for the one-day, $15,000-to-win Independence Shootout.

After laying down the ninth-quickest lap in his qualifying group, Dooley nabbed the final A-Main transfer spot in his heat which put him on the seventh-row for the 50-lap main event. Matt slowly made his way through the field and landed inside the Top-10 in eighth.
