Wild West Shootout brings Riggs Motorsports to Vado Speedway Park
Making the long haul out West to kick off the 2025 race season, Jason and Jack RIggs checked into Vado (N.M.) Speedway Park on Saturday afternoon for the first night of the Wild West Shootout.
Starting off with 47 Late Models in the pit area for opening night, Jason was unable to make the $25,000-to-win opener while Jack recorded a 19th-place finish in the feature.
The following night neither driver made the main event after Jason and Jack did not transfer out of their B-Mains.
As snow engulfed the region for the next couple days, the team decided to not wait for the final weekend of the event and head home early.
