Crew Chief Wanted for Russ Clark Motorsports and Dylan Cecce Racing

As the 2025 racing season draws near, Russ Clark Motorsports (RCM) and driver Dylan Cecce are actively seeking a crew chief to to join their Super Late Model program. This full-time position offers an incredible opportunity to work with a passionate and driven team that thrives in a supportive, family-oriented environment.

"The 2024 season was a strong year for us," said Cecce. "As we continue to grow our program and aim to expand our schedule for 2025, Russ and I agreed that bringing on a full-time crew chief is the next step. We're seeking an experienced individual who will be a great fit for our team."

While the team is actively looking for candidates local to the area, they are open to assisting qualified individuals from out of state who are willing to relocate to join the team. The ideal candidate will bring valuable experience, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to the sport.

Cecce and RCM are looking for the right candidate that can fill the following qualifications:

  • A background in Dirt Late Model racing.
  • Clean and family oriented.
  • Willing to travel and spend time on the road for weekend trips.

Compensation for the position will be competitive and determined based on the candidate’s level of experience and expertise in the field.
