Josh Jackson in Colorado!
Back for round two at Colorado Speedway and this time we didn’t get rained out. Practice ran good, and I was running about middle of the pack with everyone within hundredths of a second from each other. Since I drew a 68 in the pill draw that put me in the 2nd heat last car. During the heat I was noticing I was having the same carburetor issues that I had the first time and ended up finishing 5th. That put me in the 20th position for the main event. There were a total of 28 cars that took the green flag and the racing was intense. There were several wrecks and luckily I was able to avoid them. My night ended with a 13th place finish not bad for my first time running out of town and with so many cars. I was hoping for at least a top ten finish, but it wasn’t meant to be tonight. Up next, back at the local track to run the Bando and the Legend.
