Jackson Hits Pole in Main Event
I did a good job qualifying tonight and ended up being the 2nd fastest on the track putting me in the 2nd position for the start of the heat race. I was running second for most of the race when I got pushed to the outside lane causing me to drift back to 4th. I ended the heat race finishing 3rd. For the main event I started in the 3rd position and was able to take the lead by the 2nd lap. I lead the race for 15 laps when a car made a pass and drifted up the track and I wasn't going to let up, and that caused me to hit his right rear sending me off the back stretch. I tried to save it from spinning but I ended up in the dirt hitting the pole and tires. Luckily I didn't do much damage, but it did take me out of this race. I will be back tomorrow hopefully, for my first win!
