Howard Moore Adds Second Win of 2025 at Pine Ridge Speedway

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (05/20/25) – Howard Moore claimed his second ASCS Hurricane Area Super Sprints victory of the season on Saturday night with a dominant performance at Pine Ridge Speedway aboard his Mike’s Pool Care / Senter Farms No. 40 Stinson’s Industrial Triple X Chassis Sprint Car.
In contrast to his dramatic last-lap pass for victory at Riverside International Speedway last month, the Tennessee native left no doubt this time, leading the final 16 laps and crossing the finish line nearly six seconds ahead of the field.

“Man, that was fun,” Moore said in Victory Lane. “We missed the mark a bit in the heat race, but once the feature rolled around, the car really came to life. Huge thanks to my crew for all their work—both in the shop and at the track. We’ve also got a lot of great sponsors behind us, and we couldn’t do this without every single one of them. Hoping to carry our momentum into this weekend.”

Moore entered a single event over the weekend as Mississippi’s Pine Ridge Speedway hosted the ASCS Hurricane Area Super Sprints.

Following a second-place effort in his heat race, Moore began the feature from the third row and made swift progress through the field. Advancing to third by the fifth circuit, he seized the lead five laps later and maintained command for the remainder of the 25-lap affair to secure his second victory of the season.
Moore took the checkered flag 5.997 seconds ahead of runner-up Brad Bowden, with Connor Wray completing the podium.

Weather permitting, Moore is preparing for a doubleheader weekend with the POWRi Honest Abe Roofing 410 Outlaw Sprint League. The two-day WingFest at Lake Ozark Speedway is slated for Saturday and Sunday, featuring a $5,000 winner’s purse on the opening night and a $7,000-to-win finale on Sunday.
