Mechanical Issues in Connor Bobik Memorial at Thunder Mountain

Returning with the Zimmer’s United Late Model Series, Andrew Wylie was one of 18 cars on hand at Thunder Mountain Speedway (Knox Dale, Pennsylvania) on Friday evening for the Connor Bobik Memorial. Following the second fastest lap in time trials, Wylie posted a runner-up finish in his heat which locking him into the sixth-starting position for the main event. With $3,000 on the line, Andrew suffered a broken shock mount that forced him to retire early.
