Casey Starr Racing Weekend Results 5/19 and 5/20

We started our 2017 summer season out in a very exciting way. On Friday at Cottage Grove Speedway after a tough decision we decided to park the outlaw kart for the night. However, we still ran the micro sprint. In the first heat race we started second and finished there, the second heat race was identical. We started second in the main event, got the early lead and never looked back, we picked up win number one of the season.

On Saturday we ventured out to River City Speedway in St. Helens. In the heat race we started on the pole. About halfway through the race we started smoking and spitting oil everywhere and did not finish. We got it fixed for the main event where we started 4th and made our way to 2nd making it a very successful weekend for our team.

On the schedule for this weekend we will be at Cottage Grove Speedway on Friday May 26th and Sunset Speedway in Banks on Saturday May 27th and Sunday May 28th for the Spring Challenge.
