Casey Starr Racing Heads Back to Cottage Grove Speedway and Sunset Speedway
As the Independence Day celebrations calm down we are gearing up for 2 days of action this weekend at Cottage Grove Speedway on Friday July 7th in the outlaw kart and micro sprint, and Sunset Speedway Saturday July 8th in the micro sprint.
We have not been to Cottage Grove Speedway since May 26th where we picked up the win in the micro sprint division so going back to race the outlaw and the micro sprint once again will be a great time. As always at Cottage Grove Speedway general admission is FREE, racing starts at 6:30 and you won't want to miss it!
At our last venture to Sunset Speedway in the micro 600 open division we picked up fast time, heat race win and main event win, falling one position short in the trophy dash to sweeping the night. We go back this weekend ready as ever to try to duplicate that night while trying to learn as much as we can. At Sunset Speedway hot laps/time trials start at 5 with heat races to follow.
