Casey Starr Racing Heads to California for the Kyle Larson Outlaw Kart Showcase
As the Labor Day weekend approaches and we have had a few weeks off from racing we are going to make a trip out to Chico, California for the Kyle Larson Outlaw Kart Showcase at Cycleland Speedway. This being our second year attending this event we look forward to improving our run as we just barely got edged out of the last chance qualifiers last year. Our first year brought some great memories as we had a very good run in the heat race only to catch some bad luck. In the last chance qualifier we got the honor of trading sliders with World of Outlaw driver David Gravel losing the advantage, however, after multiple laps of hard, wheel to wheel racing. We were able to chat with David after the race last year making it a great experience for Casey and the team. We are very excited to see what this year holds for us as we have been looking forward to this race all summer.
If you can't make it out to this awesome event you can stream it LIVE on fastfourmedia.com We will be racing throughout the day both Monday and Tuesday, posting periodic updates on our Facebook page about which races we will be in. Please bare with us however, it is always a very busy time at the track.
We will be back at Sunset Speedway next week Saturday September 9th in the micro sprint for one more race before the season finale. We hope you can make it! We hope to see everyone out at Cycleland Speedway this Monday and Tuesday and we hope everyone has a SAFE and FUN Labor Day weekend.
