Michael wins first USAC Ford Focus Midget Race

Michael won his first USAC Ignite Focus Midget race in Las Vegas,NV on 7 3 12 in front of a large crowd during the Bullring Night of Fire event. Michael's night started bad when he missed qualifying so he started last in the heat race and finished 5th. He started 4th in the Main and was leading at the end of lap 1. He lead most of the race except for 4 laps after a caution when he got shuffled back to 3rd place and then he battled back to the lead. He was very excited at the end of the race.
