Michael Debuts National Midget

Michael raced his first USAC National Pavement Midget race at Indianapolis Raceway Park at the Night before the 500. Michael qualified 9th overall. During the race he had an overheating problem due to a leak in the water pump but he conserved his equipment and came home with a 5th place overall finish. Michael said the car is bad fast. He wants to thank John McGerigle for the great opportunity. During the event Michael was pitted between Tracey Hines and Kody Swanson 2 of the best USAC National Pavement Midget drivers on the circuit. It was a great experience.
