Runner-up outing in Ronny Adams Memorial at Boothill Speedway
Ethan Dotson and the ASD Motorsports team headed to Boothill Speedway (Greenwood, La.) to compete with the Comp Cams Super Dirt Series while also getting a notebook for the late-season World of Outlaws visit to the facility.
Laying down the fourth-fastest lap in his qualifying group, Dotson took home a heat race victory and started fourth in the $10,000-to-win feature. Ethan made up two spots and landed on the podium in second behind Cade Dillard.
With Saturday's show rained out, the ASD crew make the long haul to I-75 Raceway (Sweetwater, Tenn.) overnight for the $20,000-to-win Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series season opener on Saturday evening.
Missing the setup for his time trial session, Dotson played catch up all night and did not make the A-Main after a fifth-place finish in his B-Main.
