Diercks charges from 15th to fourth at Benton County Speedway
After Mother Nature washed out his weekend opener Thursday at Cedar County Raceway, Spencer Diercks returned to action Saturday at 34 Raceway for the track’s Farm & Home Night, piloting his Diamond Builders No. 29 Modified.
Diercks opened the evening with a runner-up finish in his heat race before charging from ninth to fourth in the 20-lap feature.
On Sunday at Benton County Speedway, Diercks started the night off slow with a 10th-place finish in his heat but came alive when the feature rolled around. Storming through the field, he advanced 15 positions in the 20-lap main event to secure an impressive fourth-place finish. He crossed the line behind Troy Cordes, Trevor Fitz, and Jerry Dedrick, while Jacob Snyder completed the top five.
