Linville runner-up in King of the Mountain at Thunder Mountain Speedway

Punching his ticket into the event last weekend, Dustin Linville rolled into Thunder Mountain Speedway (Corbin, Ky.) on Saturday afternoon and unloaded the Wyatt Boyd-owned No. 69 for the $10,000-to-win King of the Mountain.

Linville qualified second-fastest in his group and raced his way to a heat race win which put him on the pole for the 50-lap feature event. Dustin led the first 23 circuits before Skylar Marlar got around him and took home the checkered flag. Linville settled for a second-place finish while Cameron Weaver completed the Top-3.
