Travis Denning limps to fifth at Maquoketa Speedway

Travis Denning made his lone start of the weekend on Saturday evening at Maquoketa Speedway, taking part in the track’s Tub O’ Towels Night.

After charging from sixth-to-second in his heat race, Denning lined up on the fifth row for the main event. Battling an ill-handling car due to a flat tire deflating late in the 25-lapper, he managed to salvage a solid fifth-place finish.
