Seawright brings home $6,025 in Labor Day special at Duck River Raceway Park

Sam Seawright spent his Labor Day weekend at Duck River Raceway Park (Shelbyville, Tenn.) as he competed in the Sam Pugh Memorial on Sunday evening.

Laying down the third-quickest lap out of 24 Super Late Models entries in qualifying, Seawright started the 40-lap main event from the second-row and eventually took the lead on lap 20. Sam took the top spot from Jadon Frame and held off Josh Putnam in the closing laps to take home the $6,025 payday.
