Sixth-place charge with World of Outlaws for Sam Seawright at Senoia Raceway

Sam Seawright signed into Senoia (Ga.) Raceway on Saturday evening with the World of Outlaws Real American Beer Late Model Series for the $15,000-to-win Billy Clanton Classic, the tour's second leg of the doubleheader weekend.

Seawright started third in his heat race, but lost two positions which put him on the front row of a last chance showdown where he would win and earn his spot in the 50-lap main event. Sam stormed to the front of the field, going from 17th-to-6th.
