Christy Ends in DNF in 2025 Season Opener
Team Christy Racing kicked off the 2025 season with an unfortunate DNF in Saturday night's feature. After qualifying third, Kenny Christy pulled off a dramatic last lap pass to take the heat race win over Olympia Kentucky's Derek Fisher. Christy fell back early from his pole stating spot but would rally to take the lead on a late race restart. The night, however, would end early after contact with the backstretch wall ended Christy's run. The team is optimistic moving forward as the veteran driver was very pleased with the way his Longhorn Chassis was handling.
