Kyle Hammer sixth in Modified finale at Volusia Speedway Park

Headed back to Volusia Speedway Park (De Leon Springs, Fla.) on Thursday afternoon, Kyle Hammer competed in the DIRTcar UMP Modified portion of the DIRTcar Nationals.

With over 60 entries in the pit area, Hammer raced to a Top-10 finish in seventh during Thursday's opener before missing the show on Friday night. Starting 13th in Saturday's finale, Kyle made up seven positions to finish just outside the Top-5 in sixth.
