Trent Ivey charges to fifth-place finish in Winter Freeze finale; runner-up with 602 Bandits
Trent Ivey kicked off his 2025 season on Friday afternoon at Screven Motor Speedway (Sylvania, Ga.), competing in both the Super Late Model and 602 Late Model divisions during Winter Freeze weekend.
With over 30 Southern Thunder Super Late Models signed in, Ivey recorded a DNF outing in Friday's opener before overcoming an early spin in Saturday's $15,000-to-win finale to score a Top-5 finish in fifth.
After a sixth-place finish on Friday in his 602 Late Model, Trent drove to a runner-up finish behind Dustin Watkins in the $1,500-to-win weekend finale.
