Thunderstorms, Flooding Postpone Fireball 50 at Atomic

Due to the continuous rain, thunderstorms and flooding impacting the Waverly, Ohio area this week, officials from the World of Outlaws Late Models, the Valvoline American Late Model Iron-Man Series and Atomic Speedway have agreed to cancel this weekend’s Fireball 50.

The decision was made after consultation with Precision Weather Service with the safety of traveling race teams and fans in mind.

Series and track staff are working together on finding a viable date to reschedule the event and more information will be released soon.

Fans who purchased a ticket in advance will be refunded by Atomic Speedway. For more information, visit the track’s website at www.AtomicSpeedway.net .
