Pulkrabek endures grueling tripleheader weekend across three states

Gage Pulkrabek returned to the road with the Northern Outlaw Sprint Association (NOSA) this past weekend, as the regional series rolled into North Dakota on Friday night.

At River Cities Speedway, Pulkrabek secured a spot in the main event with a sixth-place heat race finish. However, his night ended early after being collected in a multi-car crash on the frontstretch on lap five. He walked away from the incident uninjured.

Saturday’s visit to Knoxville Raceway also proved difficult, with Pulkrabek exiting the feature on lap three and being scored 24th in the final results.

Hoping to turn things around on Sunday at Huset’s Speedway, Pulkrabek got off to a strong start—setting the fastest time in his eight-car qualifying group and charging from fourth to second in his heat race to lock into the feature. Unfortunately, mechanical issues forced him to retire on lap 10, cutting his promising run short.
