MAYNARDVILLE, Tenn. — A pair of former IHRA Summit SuperSeries World Champions were amongst the top finishers at Knoxville Dragway last weekend.

Aubrey Loy, the 2022 IHRA Junior Dragster World Champion, raced to the class victory with Jurnee Cox finishing in the runner-up spot. Grady Powell, the reigning IHRA Motorcycle World Champion, was double-entered in that class. He finished in the semifinals with Jonathan Milam beating Marcus Moore in the final round.

Super Pro saw Jarad Delp emerge as the winner with Nick Hurst his final-round opponent. It was an all-Hagler final in No Box. Brian Hagler got the win over Jonathan Hagler with Aubrey’s father, Travis, one of the semifinals.

Another family affair was in Sportsman with Ryan and Ashley Coppock making it to the semifinals. But, Coy Templeton was the winner with Tim Smith the other finalist.
