Cottage Grove Speedway
AGE RULES REMAIN IN EFFECT AT COTTAGE GROVE SPEEDWAY! ANYONE PLANNING TO RACE THAT IS UNDER 16 PLEASE READ!!
Cottage Grove Speedway in conjunction with our insurance company enforces strict age rules. The minimum age to compete in any class other than the Junior class is 16 years old.
You may apply for an exception to this rule if you have met certain requirements. In order to apply for an exception, the following information must be submitted to heatherboyce14@hotmail.com at least 1 week prior to your first race at Cottage Grove. There will be no exceptions, if you have not been approved, you will not be permitted to race. Age exceptions may be granted for those as young as 14 years of age for the following classes, IMCA Sport Compact, Street Stocks, IMCA Sportmods, Limited Sprints, IMCA Modifieds, & Late Models. 360 Sprint cars have a minimum age exception of 15. There is no age exceptions allowed for 410 Sprint Cars. For other touring classes please contact the Speedway.

Letters of Recommendation from 4 Drivers & 2 Promoters or Officials
Notarized Minor Release Form from both parents (This must be the form supplied by Cottage Grove Speedway)
If you were approved in a previous year you will not need to reapply unless you are changing the class you wish to be approved for.
