Rain Spoils Valvoline American Late Model Iron-Man Series Visit to Eldora Speedway

SOMERSET, KENTUCKY (April 18, 2025)— A forecast of persistent rains Friday night and Saturday have caused the cancellation of the Valvoline American Late Model Iron-Man Series visit to Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio on Saturday April 19th. The event will not be made up. The series will return to Eldora Speedway on August 31st for the 17th Annual Baltes Classic presented by Coors Light with a pair of $5,000-to-win feature events. Advanced ticket and suite purchases will be refunded in the same method as original purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to appear on credit card statements.

The season opener for the Valvoline American Late Model Iron-Man Series will now be on Friday May 2 at Attica (Ohio) Raceway Park for the Stephen Wagner Memorial that now pays $5,049-to-win and $549-to-start then Saturday May 3 at Fremont (Ohio) Speedway paying $5,000-to-win. These events at Attica and Fremont will also serve as the first two events for the Valvoline Weekend Allstars mini-tour that pays $5,000 to the champion.
