The Inaugural Beater with a Cheater 20
We are excited to finally announce the Inaugural Beater with a Cheater 20 is coming to Alaska Raceway Park — presented by Chevrolet of Wasilla.
On Saturday, August 16th, our NASCAR/INEX races will return featuring our Inaugural Beater with a Heater race! This is a MUST-SEE event for all race (and non-race) fans! It will feature a Roval, a jumping ramp, and the entire race is bump-to-pass only - don't miss this one!!
Interested in racing? Head to the junkyard, grab a beater, and we'll see you there!
Gates open at 2:00pm; racing starts at 6:00.

Rules:
- Any car or truck, 2 or 4-wheel drive. $500 car price limit.
- Must be 18+ to compete.
- Fire suit, helmet, and gloves required.
- All glass & lights removed. Airbag removed/disabled.
- Bars in place of windshield recommended.
- No coolant or antifreeze. Water only in engine.
- No major leaks.
- All doors welded or chained shut.
- Battery must be secured and terminals covered with rubber or plastic.
- No external tube bumpers or nerf bars.
- No studded tires.
- No full caged race cars. roll bars recommended but not required.
- Driver seat must be functional with seatbelts.
