Emily started racing at the age of 16 in the mini stock class.. She is a third generation racer, with her dad Bondy Stoyer racing in the challenger class at Lake Erie Speedway from 2012-2014. Her grandfather Jim Stoyer and great uncle Ron Stoyer raced at dirt tracks, including Raceway7 back in the 70s and early 80s. Emily was in the mini stock class for 5 years. Her fifth year she had many heat wins and finally got her feature win at Raceway 7 in 2020 after a bad crash that had her siting out for 4weeks. She decided after her feature win that she was moving up to race Econmods, similar cars to what her grandfather and great uncle raced back in the day. It has been a challenging class with many ups and downs. She is still learning and looking to get a heat win soon.

The 1st and only feature win at Raceway 7 in her mini stock. she was half a track ahead of second and third place and lapped half the field. No caution for the whole race.
