Racing from age 10-17 Shellhammer's Speedway Dirt Oval 100cc Karts and many other dirt and asphalt tracks in the eastern United States. Have raced at Pocono Speedway, Rockingham, Reading Fairgrounds, Linda's Speedway and many others. Competed with many racing legends including Michael and John (cousin) Andretti.

A few stints managing divisions of local construction supply and equipment repair establishments.

Retired after 28 years with the Municipality of Anchorage, Anchorage Police Department as the Principle Administrative Officer/Resource Manager. Responsible for managing Central Supply, facilities, grants, specialty equipment, purchasing, contracts and numerous other duties.
