Driver Information

Travis Manning, a driver born and raised at Petaluma Speedway. I dreamed of driving a race car since as long as I can remember, and watching Youtube videos pre-advertising days (I was young, but remember it vividly) of winged sprint cars, and anything I can find at Petaluma Speedway. My first memories as long as I can remember has been Petaluma Speedway as a kid with my mom and dad.

One day in 2023 during the WSDCA Dwarf Car Nationals at Petaluma Speedway, I looked over to my girlfriend Alexa and told her, "You know, I have always wanted to race, and if I think I could afford it, I'd love to start in a dwarf car." Nearly a year later in 2024, those words came true. I bought my first dwarf car, a 2002 M&M chassis vicky sedan, powered by an 04 Yamaha R1. I got it out there for RWDCA, making it (to the best of my knowledge) the oldest dwarf car chassis in the field, and the only to be powered by a Yamaha.

You know, I might not be winning, I probably won't be top 5 ANY time soon, but dammit I am having the most fun out of everybody out there. I love what I do, and I hope that I can do this for the rest of my life.
