16-year-old female race car driver Mikayla Hickel started racing in 2020 for USAC racing quarter midgets, now known as the NASCAR Youth series. Mikayla has had 2 track champion wins at the 2 tracks Central Ohio Quarter Midget Racing Association, and her home track Buckeye Quarter Midget Racing Association.
As of 2025, Mikayla will be racing dirt/pavement compact cars; she already has a couple of dirt races down pat! Mikayla hopes to be noticed one day, and make it further up into her racing career!
