After competing in a couple of events in 2016, and a handful in 2017, Chase tackled the 305 class full-time as a rookie in 2018, finishing eighth in points. He moved up two spots in 2019, and recorded his first career win in 2020, necessitating a shaving of his pandemic beard!

Through 2025, Chase accumulated five wins at Knoxville, and finished in the top five in standings over those five years.
