Pair of Top-5 outings with Spring Nationals at Rockcastle and Lake Cumberland

Tackling a doubleheader through Kentucky, Ricky Weiss followed the Schaeffer's Oil Spring Nationals to Rockcastle Speedway (Mount Vernon, Ky.) on Friday evening for a $7,553-to-win main event.

With 22 Late Models in the pit area, Weiss started 15th in the main event and used all 40-laps to his advantage as his drove to a Top-5 finish in fifth.

At Lake Cumberland Speedway (Somerset, Ky.) on Saturday, Ricky once again stormed through the field in the A-Main, moving from 11th-to-4th in the $10,053-to-win main event. He trailed Jimmy Owens, Garrett Smith, and Justin Ratliff while Jensen Ford completed the Top-5.
