Busting Frost

April showers they say but its sure been frosty!! For the 2nd weekend in a row, I got to throw in with the 19XX Team of Brandon Spanjer and head to Iowa to race the Frostbuster series. After making the haul the previous weekend and having in be cancelled for cold weather and wet race tracks, we were happy to see that though it was gonna be a chilly weekend of racing, it was going to be a go for the green flag. This season we have added a Jet Racing Chassis Sport mod and so its a new ball game to figure things out, we are making progress and our goal each night is to make the A feature and get a top 10 which we did all weekend. On Friday night we ended up 9th at Marshalltown Speedway, 6th on Saturday night at Boone Speedway and 8th Sunday night at Benton County Speedway and we got a 4th place frostbuster point finish and scored a little extra cash and Brandon got 2nd in the Frostbuster points race so we feel we had a successful race weekend. Each race figuring out a little each time and trying hard to keep the frustration down. Also gave me the chance to give a few Iowa race tracks a go since this will be my new home. Gonna keep racing the Sport Mod when I can but will be taking my JetStrong Hobby Stock with me to Iowa the beginning of May when I make the move. Really want to keep this thing going for myself and for Jet Racing
