Runner-up Finish With Midwest Big 10 Series at Spoon River Speedway

Sunday night found Kolby Vandenbergh in action at Spoon River Speedway (Canton, Illinois) for the Midwest Big 10 Series sanctioned contest. Following the fastest time overall in a field of 24 cars, Vandenbergh cruised to a heat race victory positioning him on the pole for the $1,200-to-win A-Main. After jumping out to an early lead, Kolby lost the top spot to Jason Feger on lap-6. Holding his position for the remaining 19 circuits, Kolby Vandenbergh notched a runner-up finish behind Feger with Wes Steidinger, Lyle Zanker, and Matt Shannon rounding out the Top-5.
