Do I need to update our information on the MyRacePass app every race night?

Nope! Everything on the MyRacePass app is a direct feed from your MRP Promoter Website and MRP Race Management program.

Can I upload my own News and Photos to my website?

Yes! MyRacePass will develop the website. You can add News, Photos, Rules, and more! We have tutorials on our YouTube page that will show you how to manage your website.

Is there a setup fee?

MRP Race Management plans do not have a setup fee. Once you choose the plan you would like, you are able to get to work and set everything up. MRP Promoter Website have a yearly support and hosting fee along with a one-time development fee that can be made in two payments; half up front and half once the project is complete.

How much money is owed up front when I purchase a website package?

When a new website is purchased, you are able to pay the full amount owed upfront, otherwise, the following is due up front:

  • Subscription for Race Management
  • Support/Hosting Fee
  • Half of the development fee

After 45 Days, final payment will be applied – we strive in getting your new website live in less than 30 days from once you get us the information needed to complete it. At day 45 if we are still waiting, the final balance will be due, or at time of website launch – whichever is sooner. Half Down / Half upon completion or at day 45.

How do Online Tickets integrate with MyRacePass websites?

MRP Promoter Website feature Online Tickets that are available for fans to purchase in a variety of locations including the Schedule/Results page and by selecting the "Buy Tickets" button/link that is featured on the MRP Promoter Website and the MyRacePass app.

How does the website integrate with Online Registration?

Your drivers will be able to register for your events by visiting the home page of your site and selecting the "Register Now" button/link that is featured on your MRP Promoter Website.

Are SEO (Search Engine Optimization) options available?

Yes! SEO options are available for the Silver and Gold support and hosting plans.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

What web browser is recommended to manage my website?

MyRacePass recommends using the latest version of Google Chrome.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes! Upgrading is quick and easy. All of your data will automatically transfer to your upgraded account. So go ahead and try out a plan, and when you want to upgrade everything you've done will come with you.

What is an SSL?

SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer. It is developed for sending information securely over the Internet.

Do I need an SSL?

SSL is not required on website packages. However, it is highly recommended.

Do I need to purchase my own domain?

Yes. You can purchase a domain name from a domain registrar of your choice. We recommend DriverDomains.com

Do Email Accounts come with any website package?

Email accounts are purchased when you acquire your domain name. We also recommend DriverDomains.com for acquiring your email accounts associated with your new domain.
