Herrington rolls to fourth-place finish with Southern Thunder at Penton Raceway

Wil Herrington traveled to Penton (Ala.) Raceway on Friday evening for the David Brackett & Danny Carswell Memorial with the Southern Thunder Super Dirt Series.

Herrington qualified sixth-quickest out of 16 Late Models and drove forward to a fourth-place finish in the $10,000-to-win main event. He trailed Mark Whitener, Kyle Bronson, and Ashton Winger.
