Pair of Top-10 finishes at Tuckasee Toilet Bowl Classic
Oakley Johns made the trip to Clarksville (Tenn.) Speedway on Friday afternoon for the first night of the 21st-annual Tuckasee Toilet Bowl Classic.
Qualiyfing 13th-fastest out of 24 Late Model entries, Johns made up five positions in the quick $2,500-to-win feature and recorded a Top-10 outing in eighth.
With $7,500 on the line Saturday evening, Oakley started from the third-row in the 30-lap finale and scored a Top-5 finish in fifth. He trailed Ricky Weiss, Jason Riggs, Allen Weisser, and Mike Spatola.
